Service status and updates
This page is the Remake Your Meme service status log: every template upgrade or problem that affected customers' videos, what we did about it, and where it stands now. We write it so you can see how we handle things when they go wrong, not only when they go right.
What we promise on every video
- Failed videos cost nothing. Credits are taken only when a video finishes. If a render fails or the model declines a photo, the credits return to your balance automatically.
- Upgrades reach videos you already made. When we fix a template after customers report a problem, we remake their affected videos with the new version for free and deliver them to their account.
- A real person answers. Reply to any email from us or write to contact@remakeyourmeme.com and we look at the video ourselves. Refunds follow the rules on the pricing page.
Service log
Hotel Lobby template rebuilt; affected videos remade free
Template upgrade · last updated October 17, 2026
What happened. Customers told us some Hotel Lobby videos did not hold the look of the original COLORS performance: in the middle shots the flat orange wall behind the performers could turn dark.
Who was affected. Hotel Lobby videos made on 16 and 17 October 2026. Other templates were not affected.
What we did. We rebuilt the template from the original performance on 16 October, then on 17 October moved it to a new way of filming that keeps the orange studio wall in every shot. Every customer who reported a problem got an apology email and a free remake made with the new version, delivered to their account. A full refund was issued where the customer asked for one.
Status. Resolved. Every Hotel Lobby video made since 17 October uses the new version.
Crazy Frog chase template upgraded; earlier videos remade free
Template upgrade · last updated October 16, 2026
What happened. The Crazy Frog AI chase moved slower than the original clip, and the getaway at the end was not sharp: the rider could stay large on screen instead of speeding off, and in some videos the chaser took the last shot.
Who was affected. Crazy Frog AI videos made before 16 October 2026. Other templates were not affected.
What we did. We rewrote the chase to follow the original timing: a faster race, then one clean getaway where the rider shrinks into the distance and the chaser is left behind. Every Crazy Frog video customers had made with the earlier version was remade with the new one, for free, and delivered to their account.
Status. Resolved. Every Crazy Frog video made since 16 October uses the new version.
How this log is kept
Every entry is something that changed what customers received: a template that produced visibly wrong videos, an outage that made renders fail, or a change to how refunds work. Short maintenance that did not affect any video is not listed. Dates are in UTC, and an entry is updated in place until its status reads resolved.
Something wrong with your video that is not listed here? Email contact@remakeyourmeme.com with the date you made it, and we will check it.
